On July 2021, Pacific Trustees (Singapore) Ltd has been appointed as Bond Trustee, Principal Agent and Bond Registrar in relation to Renounceable Non- Underwritten Rights Issue of $78,277,342 in Convertible Bonds issued by GSH Corporation Limited and listed on the Singapore Exchange (SGX). 
 

During the conversion period, bondholders will have the right to convert their Bonds into ordinary shares of the Issuer, credited as fully paid, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Bonds. Pacific Trustees Singapore’s appointment by GSH Corporation as Trustee of their Bonds represents our first appointment as a Trustee of an SGX-listed retail bond. This appointment is a firm endorsement of Pacific Trustees Singapore’s emerging role in Singapore’s financial markets as we seek to expand our full suite of corporate trustee services to benefit more corporate players in the island republic.
